Call Center Telephone Operator Job Openings

We are looking for telephone operators who will answer client inbound calls, answer frequently asked questions about our clients, and dispatch messages. Your voice is the first impression our customers’ clients hear so a friendly voice is a must!

Potential to work from home after the completion of training at our Madison, WI office.

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday: 7a-3p, 7a-11a, 3p-11p
• Saturday-Sunday: Between 6a-midnight (part-time shifts available)

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and communications skills.
• Proficiency in internet/computer skills.
• Good spelling.
• Must live in Wisconsin.
• Availabiliy to work two weekends per month
