Torcom utilizes a dBased order entry system that runs on high-speed desktop PCs. We can therefore provide output in a variety of database formats and file structures. We offer full consumer marketing database management maintenance based on the specifics of each program. We are proficient in many methods of data transmission, including: bulletin board, e-mail, EDI and fax.

We offer full database management services including merge/purge, list generation, and full custom reporting capabilities. All special promotions or programs can be set up on the Torcom order entry network. Any tracking by customer number, special discounts, frequent buyer programs, and special promotional pricing can be integrated into our application.

We provide a variety of reports to our clients because we have the ability to generate reports on any of the data that we capture. Common reports list the numbers of calls, types of calls, duration of calls, etc. But it is impossible to overemphasize our flexibility in the generation of reports. We can generate a report, for example, on the number of calls that last between 34 and 38 seconds.  We can generate a report that lists all the callers with the last name of "Reeve".  Reports can be generated as often as necessary.  They can be generated on an hourly basis, if that is how often they are needed.  Whatever kind of report our client needs is the kind of report we provide.
