Fax Back

Fax Back, or Fax on Demand, is a service that allows a client or employee to request by phone that certain documents be sent to their fax machine. After dialing a toll-free number, callers are greeted with a custom announcement and guided through the process by a series of voice prompts. The caller interacts with the system using the keypad on his or her touch-tone phone. When the caller is finished, the requested documents are automatically sent to his or her fax machine.

All documents are stored on our servers in a high-quality digital format, which eliminates the usual loss of quality that results from the replication process of manual facsimile and guarantees that your faxes will be clean when they are received by your clients. The documents are also available 24 hours a day and seven days a week and are delivered practically instantly. Fax on Demand is inexpensive when compared with conventional ways of delivering information, and can be used by anyone with a phone and fax machine.
